Bridge – play according to the regular rules dealing all the cards to the four players. Bidding is the same as usual though the possible trumps suits are eighth, quarter, half, and whole notes.
Casino – For building cards, the notes have to match such as D can take D. Put three notes together to build an interval or chord which takes the pile.
Scoring: person with the most (whole notes) gets a point (like spades.)
= 2 points (like 10 of diamonds), = 1 point (like 2 of spades)
Cheat/I Challenge You/BS – get rid of all your cards by placing them face down in the pile in order – chords follow the notes as they get higher. Interval, octave, three note chords, four note chords follow the single notes from C to C. Was that really 2 rests? or 3 Bs?
Concentration – match the notes – A to A, B to B, etc. Octaves match each other, two note intervals match each other, three note chords match each other, four note chords match each other. To make it more interesting, low C can match high C.
Crazy “As” ( ) is just like Crazy Eights or choose any note. Get rid of your cards by following suit or value as you place them in the pile.
Deuces Wild – ,,, (C) is wild! Make it even wilder by having the higher octave Cs be wild too.
Go Fish – Do you have any Ds? Four note chords? Or rests? The one with the most matches wins.
Hearts – avoid the half notes and the F-major chord (whole notes) or collect them all to “compose a masterpiece” and win it all (like shooting the moon)!
Poker – Texas Hold Em, Straight, Draw, Stud, Patience, etc – declare wild cards by the note
Rummy – Gin Rummy – Rummy 500 – The basic goal in any form of rummy is to build melds which consists of sets that are three or four of a kind of the same note; or runs that are three or more cards in sequence of the same value/duration/suit. Extra: With Yntunzy Cards, sets can also consist of three or four note chords that are part of the deck. The actual chord card can be used as any of the notes in the set or as the fourth card in the meld. For example, meld (D), (F), and (A) of a suit as the D minor chord.
Make sure decide what is allowed in the game before you start to play – can you make the chord in any suit, a mix of suits, or only in the suit that includes the card?
Solitaire – Rush, Pyramid, Spider, Klondike, Golf, Canfield, Yukon, Clock, Eight Off, Monte Carlo, Patience, etc. – try them all with Yntunzy Cards.
Spades/Whole Notes – Whole Notes are the trump suit.
Spit – go up and down the scale and through the chords with the rest being the highest and the lowest.
War – higher notes win over lower notes and chords take notes. Watch out for the rests which beat them all! When there is a War, make it a “pitched” battle – players have to sing the note to compete.
…and almost anything else that you would play with a standard deck of cards!
